Feature details

• Live image, captures high quality images every 10 seconds for example, uses less bandwidth than optional video streaming and offers higher image detail allowing for zoom, images are recorded as individual high quality frames and can be looked up by date/time, these images are also recorded into time-lapse videos
• New Live video streaming, up to 4K quality, view on any device, works with any IP camera, viewers connect to Teleport not the camera, stream active only when there are viewers
• Live video clip, capture live video at chosen intervals, get the immersion of video streaming with lower bandwidth use
• New Image anonymize, removes all motion from time-lapse video and optionally still images, for example moving cars or people are not shown, also makes time-lapse video smoother. Contact us to join preview.
• On the hour/minute capture timing improves content consistency by for example always capturing at 12:00, 12:10, 12:20 and so on, rather than 12:01, 12:11, 12:21
• Integrate with Teleport using our APIs

Branding

• Basic plan promotes Teleport using our logo, links and splash screens. It may also intermittently show full screen ads promoting Teleport (no audio). Pro and Control plans do not show these ads.
• Co-branding on the Pro plan shows your own logo and links alongside Teleport branding. Teleport brand promotion is limited compared to Basic and Starter plans.
• Rebranding on the Control plan removes all Teleport branding and gives your full control over logo, splash screen, etc. You can also run your own promotion popups or full ads (contact us to beta test).

Time-lapse video

• Control plan offers custom time-lapse video creation on top of the standard videos set. Choose the time, schedule, the speed and the video is generated automatically, even from historical image content.
• Time-lapse is auto created and always kept up to date. Usually once an hour an updated video is generated.

How does pricing work?

• Once a plan matching your requirements is selected, the price is based only on the frequently and resolution of the captured images(see table below). The price includes time-lapse video and image recording, storage, live viewing, and embedding on your own web page.
• For example, on the Pro plan, the total monthly price for a single feed/camera, capturing a 1080p image every minute is $44 / month or $440 / year
• For two feeds this would be $88 / month or $880 / year
• On the Control plan this feed would be $62 / month or $620 / year
• Optional features (live video streaming, video clip and Teleport Station devices) can be added to each feed as needed. See prices below.
• Changes are easy to make and you only pay for the difference when upgrading.
• We are happy to accommodate clients with many cameras or special requests. Please contact us!

• 14 day free trial, billing starts only once trial ends.
• You can easily unsubscribe at any time. If you unsubscribe before your trial is over, you will not be billed.

Overage pricing

• Applies only to usage above your plan, you pay only for what you use
• We recommend running feeds for some time, then based on usage reports adjust settings to meet your needs and budget
• Disable or minimize overage charges through spending limits and throttling

Storage

Bandwidth

• If data usage goes over plan amount and overage billing is enabled, there is no downtime and you are billed only for what you use
• If data usage goes over plan amount and overage billing is disabled, there is no downtime or additional cost, old content is deleted to make room for new content, feeds are served at slower speed
• The large majority of our customers don't pay overage usage. However popular feeds with many viewers (over 10 thousand views per month) or feeds that record high resolution images at high rates will go above the included resource amounts
• To keep Teleport accessible and plan pricing low, we place the cost of bandwidth and storage on high use accounts through overage charges
